The study programme included a minimum of 150 hours of Creativity, Action, and Service completed on the student's own time. For Creativity I instructed a children's afternoon creativity club for the Red Cross. For Action I did various exercises from swimming to biking to running. For Service I participated in running the Student's cafeteria for two and a half years.
